  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new Customers at service user, influencer, and decision maker level so we understand how to respond to changing needs
  • Execute customer growth strategies on a sectoral basis reflecting the Company’s customer persona-based approach
  • Deliver targeted financial growth from retention, upsell and new sales
  • Work with marketing to maximize our market outreach
  • Working knowledge and understanding of your market specialism and ability to relate those to the skills of colleagues
  • Ability to work across teams with colleagues to provide the optimum mix of services for customers
  • Responsible for successful provision of services through the CRM for your clients and prospect
  • Reporting on your sales and renewal activity to your manager in a timely and responsible manner

  • Demonstrable experience and aptitude for managing complex solution based solutions to customer needs
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience building customer propositions with support from a multi-skilled team
  • Experience of working within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, growth culture
  • Collaborative working with colleagues from service delivery teams to ensure all customers receive the best possible experience
  • Outstanding relationship builder
  • Proven experience listening to customer needs managing customer accounts and relationships
  • Ability to steward customers and prospective customers to close new business
  • Understanding of buyer mentality and needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all mediums
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
