As a Social Media Manager, you will be the single threaded owner of social media marketing, including paid social, sponsored influencers, organic social, and affiliate channels. You will be directly responsible for developing social media strategies to meet Company business goals, which includes securing alignment with Company leadership on strategy and resourcing, optimizing content and media mix, maintaining a high creative bar, and overseeing agency relationships to execute your strategies.

  • Be the single-threaded leader on paid/organic social and influencer marketing strategy
  • Partner with product and business development to grow our young customer reach through the Affiliates program
  • Collaborate with global counterparts on best practices and scale learnings on social medial marketing to international teams
  • Manage Social media budget and weigh operational and cost efficiencies
  • Work closely and collaboratively across marketing strategy, creative, legal, product and synergy teams to champion social media strategies and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Manage external agencies and oversee campaign strategy and lead creative ideation to deliver innovative, best-in-class campaigns for customer
  • Develop and own goals and performance metrics; use critical understanding of effectiveness, strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Regularly contribute and presents strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA preferred
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Advanced decision-making skills with proven ability to drive direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing and delivering big ideas for our customers
  • Ability to think strategically while able to stay on top of tactical execution

  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners/talent
