We are after a New Business Hunter, a Business Development Executive to sell Membership, Events and Subscription services to big attractive brands on an SME basis. Do you have experience in selling to large corporate clients?

This is an established venture that already has the “Popularity” and the good reputation as it has run for over 28 years!


  • Identification and contact of potential prospects within allocated sales area
  • Generate New Business opportunities with phone calls – to Meeting
  • You ideally will be on meetings closing business
  • Respond to provided sales leads and referred prospects in a timely manner
  • Meet with prospects to present their services
  • Identification of ways that this brand can benefit potential customers
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new business in accordance with personal sales targets as set from time to time
  • Regular contact with personally generated customers
  • Achieve the minimum sales standards as communicated by the company from time to time
  • Liaison with Commercial team to ensure opportunities are quoted accurately
  • Set up new accounts in adherence to account set up procedures
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports as required
  • Attend and participate in Sales and other internal meetings when required
  • Attend Trade shows and other corporate events
  • Implement and maintain personal self-generated prospect lists
  • Ensure that the CRM system is up to date with all lead/opportunity information
  • Maintain and update customer files
  • Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested

We are after someone who:

  • Has sold to LARGE corporate clients in the past or working in Branding, Marketing and/or Publishing is a plus!
  • Selling a service is important if you know how to get in front of large brands
  • Experience in selling to Brand Managers, Marketing Mangers and CEO’s is advantageous
  • Someone who is not afraid to cover the UK as a Territory
  • Driven, Intelligent and motivated to be successful
  • We are looking for someone with a proven track record of New Business Sales successes they have brought on themselves
