Our client based in Morocco is going through a period of real growth, as a result they are looking to recruit a number of Business Development Associates.

Ideally you will be a target orientated individual focused on delivering sales through excellent customer service. You will primarily be contacting lapsed and old customers through looking to reconvert these into clients again and seeking to maximize every sales opportunity by converting enquiries into revenue. The key to success is to gain a thorough understanding of our customers’ requirements and demonstrate the ability to sell and cross sell each opportunity to increase revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact lapsed client base to reconnect and reconvert
  • Raise contracts and administer customer orders with attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively across the business.
  • Be inquisitive across the customer base.
  • Look to convert back into customers using our digital channels.
  • Have a thorough understanding of our product range to educate our customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Drive sales through service by consultative selling and relationship building.
  • Always provide first class customer service
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures
