You will have the exciting, but challenging task of driving our business and market position in the UAE market by working across existing agents and partners, executing pricing actions, executing channel strategy (for retail, kiosks, cash machines, and others), driving existing and new product opportunities, and acquiring new network agents. You will work closely with marketing, operations, compliance and community consultants globally to ensure that the network and agent partners deliver on our strategy and business goals. We’ll look to you to drive and deliver on short-term commitments while preparing for long-term sustainable growth through strategic initiatives.
- We will need you to have a strong and relevant working experience in the remittance, financial services, or banking industry mainly and have a proven track record of driving business growth and managing countries’ revenue. You’ll have the ability to effectively handle all business areas and use your leadership skills to manage a team in the region and build positive relationships to grow the country. Previous experience with agile working methodologies is also desirable. As this role requires regular travel, you will need a valid driver’s license and flexibility for overnight stays.
