We are looking for a Concierge to join our team.
- Concierge/access control while displaying outstanding customer service.
- Answers or respond to alarms/radios (on site) as dispatched and notify manager or on-site team for further instruction.
- Monitors and authorizes entrance and departure of employees, visitors, future and current residents into site via access gates and lobby door.
- Write reports of daily activities.
- Assist residents with any questions or minor customer service-related items or refer to office personnel.
- Warns persons of rule infractions or violations.
- Audits parking garage and ensure parking rules are followed or notify towing company as needed and sign for towing with manager approval.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a high level of integrity.
- Must be tactful and courteous in dealing with visitors, staff, vendors and others.
- Must possess the ability to maintain and meet consistent attendance and punctuality standards.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service with guests, vendors, future and current residents.
- Ability to handle common and or crisis situations efficiently and effectively.
- Solid ability with computers and smart phones to include word process and email.
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required).
