We are looking for a Concierge to join our team.

  • Concierge/access control while displaying outstanding customer service.
  • Answers or respond to alarms/radios (on site) as dispatched and notify manager or on-site team for further instruction.
  • Monitors and authorizes entrance and departure of employees, visitors, future and current residents into site via access gates and lobby door.
  • Write reports of daily activities.
  • Assist residents with any questions or minor customer service-related items or refer to office personnel.
  • Warns persons of rule infractions or violations.
  • Audits parking garage and ensure parking rules are followed or notify towing company as needed and sign for towing with manager approval.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess a high level of integrity.
  • Must be tactful and courteous in dealing with visitors, staff, vendors and others.
  • Must possess the ability to maintain and meet consistent attendance and punctuality standards.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service with guests, vendors, future and current residents.
  • Ability to handle common and or crisis situations efficiently and effectively.
  • Solid ability with computers and smart phones to include word process and email.
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Required).
