Requirements:
- Languages: Should be able to hold a fluent conversation in Arabic as well as English
- Nationality: Only Emiratis
Skills:
- Good command of written and spoken Arabic and English
- Adept at using marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, Insider, Braze, or the like
- Have a basic understanding of CRM and loyalty programs. Having worked in loyalty teams is a plus.
Job Description:
- Provide resolution to customer queries in Arabic – over email, calls or chat or any other channels that the company makes use of
- Identify and handle customer requests completely and accurately
- Test and maintain the Arabic loyalty app. Ensure that brand standards are met and there is consistency between English and Arabic versions of the app
- Create and update CRM reports weekly
- Understand campaign journeys and be adept at marketing automation
