We are seeking a full-time Customer Service. In this role, you will be responsible for the important work of ensuring our users and clients have a positive experience with every order. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a customer service role.
- Provide courteous, helpful service to our end-users
- Respond to help tickets promptly via email, chat, and phone
- Document activities in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with other members of operations and customer success teams to escalate issues where appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3+ years of customer-service-related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A deeply ingrained sense of timeliness and urgency to resolve problems, the right way
- High standards for excellence as well as strict adherence to policies, procedures, and schedules
