We are seeking a full-time Customer Service. In this role, you will be responsible for the important work of ensuring our users and clients have a positive experience with every order. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a customer service role.


  • Provide courteous, helpful service to our end-users
  • Respond to help tickets promptly via email, chat, and phone
  • Document activities in our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with other members of operations and customer success teams to escalate issues where appropriate



  • Minimum of 3+ years of customer-service-related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A deeply ingrained sense of timeliness and urgency to resolve problems, the right way
  • High standards for excellence as well as strict adherence to policies, procedures, and schedules
