Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Build and maintain a filed quality scorecard
Carry out field inspections across UAE
Build and maintain performance improvement plans based on the outcome of the inspections
Provide feedback to fleet supervisors on the driver’s performances
Build how to guides on how to carry out cleaning and other driver tasks
Maintain quality records for each team
Conduct quality collaborations with fleet supervisors to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Conduct tool kit audits as a part of the quality inspections
Work closely with customer service to review reports from customers.


Experience, Skills/ Competencies and Qualifications:
Administrative with automotive experience is preferred.
Quality assurance background in the automotive industry
Great problem-solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive.
Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
Confident in learning and adapting to multiple technologies.
Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in English language.
Graduate degree
UAE Driving License is Mandatory
