Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Update HR databases (new employees, separations, vacations and sick leaves)
- Prepare paperwork for new staff / renewals
- Visa processing in coordination with the PRO
- Assist with knowledge queries related to labour and immigration processes
- Process employees requests, provide relevant information, prepare HR documents.
- Provide orientation for new employees
- Liase with external partners like insurance vendors, training providers etc to ensure legal compliance
- Timely track, organize and manage all types of expiring government documents, including licenses
- Manage and handle government payments
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers
- Provide administrative support to company management
- Coordinate projects, meetings
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR in the UAE minimum 2 years.
- Knowledge and understanding of UAE Labour Law
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant field (attested documents)
