Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Update HR databases (new employees, separations, vacations and sick leaves)
  • Prepare paperwork for new staff / renewals
  • Visa processing in coordination with the PRO
  • Assist with knowledge queries related to labour and immigration processes
  • Process employees requests, provide relevant information, prepare HR documents.
  • Provide orientation for new employees
  • Liase with external partners like insurance vendors, training providers etc to ensure legal compliance
  • Timely track, organize and manage all types of expiring government documents, including licenses
  • Manage and handle government payments
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers
  • Provide administrative support to company management
  • Coordinate projects, meetings

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR in the UAE minimum 2 years.
  • Knowledge and understanding of UAE Labour Law
  • Degree in Human Resources or relevant field (attested documents)
