Responsibilities
- You will be a strategic and operational HR Business Partner who is comfortable working directly with Head of function and Business Leaders on all HR and People related matters across the business.
- This will include HR Projects, Policy and Employee Relations, Recruitment Activities, Annual HR Processes, Performance Management and overseeing the HR Operations.
Requirements
- Experience operating in a strategic and operational role as a HR Business Partner.
- You will have experience working in global organizations.
- You will be confident engaging with senior leaders at a strategic level and have the ability to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization
