Responsibilities

  • Review, Recommend and Obtain approval to revise the Standard System Procedures of the Department that coverall functions, deliverables and lessons learned, with the assistance and support of the assigned.
  • Review, Recommend and Obtain approval to revise the procedures to manage procurement, claims, and disputes, including packaging, prequalification, tendering, award and closing of contracts, with the assistance and support of the assigned.
  • Review, Recommend and obtain approval to produce both draft and final documents of the abovementioned and key focus areas, with the assistance and support of the assigned PDD.

Requirements

  • 20 years+ Management in areas of Executive Management, Commercial and Operations.
  • Graduate degrees and professional accreditation and affiliation.
