Requirements:
- Functional Experience : A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience from a reputable brand or agency specializing in brand and marketing for the destination, real estate, and retail. Leadership/Supervisory
- (No. Of years as a manager): 1-2 years minimum
- PowerPoint, Excel additional knowledge of any other software will be beneficial
Job Description:
1. Branding Support
- Manage the roll out of new brand assets, ensuring 100% compliance to approved guideline. Examples include brochures, fact sheets, digital assets and any other material that support KPIs (awareness, footfall, retail leads)
- Act as brand guardian by ensuring all internal stakeholders have access to relevant branded material either existing or new. Brief new requirements to 3rd party agencies either retained, or lead on required tender
- Manage implementation of brand campaign based on approved strategy and creative. Includes, but not limited to agency briefing, media briefing, defining KPIs and coordination post campaign report for the approval of function head and HOD
- Manage and organize all brand assets to ensure they are up-to-date and available to all internal and external stakeholders
- Manage list of agreed brand related projects with relevant consultant
- Continuously audit physical & digital environments to ensure brand compliance, identify where updates are needed and roll out accordingly
- Support HR in on branding new employees by briefing on DIFC brands
- The above pertains to the DIFC brand, Gate Avenue and any new brand that may be created and introduced to our portfolio
2. Campaign and creative content support
- Provides detailed briefs to creative agency and manages complete roll out of all campaigns related to Destination and Real Estate which support footfall uplift and generate leads
- Understand produce driven campaigns and KPIs by liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure briefs address core objectives and are in line with departmental KPIS
- Brief in all media requirements for paid campaigns and liaise with performance manager to conclude post event report
- Ensure all campaigns employ 360 project management approach and project management across all team function clearly defining web, social media, PR and other requirements need to fulfill the brief
- Review content as and when needed to ensure tone of voice, messaging and positioning is accurate and up-to-date
- Ensure photo library and photoshoots are up-to-date and meet business requirements
3. Projects
- Manage projects related to destination level awareness, real estate lead acquisition or activations as needed
- Support function head on projects related to departmental KPIs
- Support campaigns and initiatives related to activations and events to drive awareness and footfall
- Support on DFRE related initiatives ensuring objectives are met, including but not limited to coordinating campaigns, post event reports, retailer coordination and briefing internal teams as needed

- Budget required for brand-related tasks and campaigns
