Job Description:

On behalf of our client, currently seeking an Events, Office & Facilities Manager to join them in their offices in Dubai.

Requirements:

  • Maintain an inventory across UAE offices on all office assets and other belongings
  • Develop and implement administrative process, including record management, knowledge products and other resources are properly maintained.
  • Manage a team to ensure office supplies including stationary, brochures, flyers and gift items are maintained
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring and ensuring all SLA are up to date
  • Present proposals and agreements’ preparation for new vendors and suppliers
