We are looking for a reliable and motivated Real Estate Agent specializing in the secondary market to join our client`s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of properties, while also building strong relationships with clients.


  • Provide guidance and assistance to clients during the buying and selling process
  • Market properties through advertising and listing services
  • Host open houses and other events to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Advise clients on the current real estate market trends and provide appropriate solutions to their needs
  • Maintain and update property listings and databases
  • Negotiate with clients and other agents to ensure a fair and profitable transaction
  • Collaborate with other agents and industry professionals to enhance the company’s reputation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and market trends
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions


  • Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated sales skills and negotiation abilities
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
