We are a company where working with our business team as a Sales Administrator is an exciting and important role. Candidates must be comfortable in making calls, arranging online meetings, working with international partners, keeping track of customer information and other tasks related to sales and marketing support. This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to multitask. Work is initially remote, and the selected candidate must have access to private and quiet room for working online.


  • Maintain an accurate database of customer and prospect information
  • Make daily national/international phone calls, and email prospects
  • Expand database of prospects and route qualified opportunities to sales executives
  • Establish, develop, and maintain an excellent business relationship with prospects through constant communication
  • Maintain and update sales and marketing records in CRM
  • Research, arrange and coordinate travel, transportation, and accommodation for national and international travel on a budget
  • Perform other administrative tasks, as required, to support sales and marketing activities



  • Proven sales experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
  • Proactive self-starter, comfortable making cold phone calls, and professional on the phone
  • Great desire to learn, remain knowledgeable about the related technology industry
  • Needs to be tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Professional knowledge of spreadsheet software
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Desire to advance in hi-tech industry and into a sales position
