Responsibilities

  • To support the management on Talent Management related tasks such as providing assistance on Training & Development activities, HR Services to employees that includes provide assistance on Training & Development, E-learning, Employee engagement and Talent retention, and other employee related services to enable them to provide effective and efficient services to employees and management.
  • Support the Line Manager to provide efficient and effective HR administrative and back office services to employees on Talent management and any other project based tasks as and when assigned.
  • Provide relevant services to support HR Department in all matters related to Training & Development, E-learning, Employee engagement and Talent retention, and HR policies & process; suggest improvements wherever applicable.
  • Work with Legal and Management on revision of employee policies and procedures and manual as applicable.
  • Work with Head of HR to amend/ update the Organizational structure on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience working as Talent Management Specialist.
  • Previous experience working as a Learning and Development Specialist.
