Social Media Specialist – F&B

We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team! Applicants must be prepared to help meet the requirements of our comprehensive content strategy and strengthen our social media and web traffic. This person must fulfill both day-to-day social media requests and help plan larger initiatives to help promote company events, re-enforce our company image and brand, and provide relevant audience content.

• Publish content across social platforms
• Align with content creation teams about where to focus content efforts
• Work with supervisor and copywriting team to create content calendars
• Work with analytics team to track and measure success
• Monitor and respond to social media questions, complaints, and inquiries
• Work with vendor to schedule third party content across websites and social media channels

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field
• Must be organized and have great time management
• Solid communication and writing skills required
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and social media platforms
• Some experience preferred
