Job Description

English Speaking BPO Call Center Experience Is Required

Lead Generation, Tele Sales, Customer Service Positions . This role is only for Candidates based in UAE preferably on visit visa or cancelled employment visa who can join Immediately.

Baden BPO & Software LLC seeks dynamic and personable sales and customer service agents to manage client inquiries. A background in call center and customer service is a requirement.

Shift Timing: 6:00 pm – 2:30 am (Evening Shift)

Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Requirements:

A call center representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic communications.

Qualifications:

  • Strong command of the English language
  • Proficient in desktop application and internet
  • Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge
  • Candidates must complete our training course

Compensation:

  • Total compensation package: AED5,000.00 + Incentives
