English Speaking BPO Call Center Experience Is Required

Lead Generation, Tele Sales, Customer Service Positions.

ECG seeks dynamic and personable sales and customer service agents to manage client inquiries. A background in call center and customer service is a requirement.

Requirements:

A call center representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic communications.

Qualifications:

  • Strong command of the English language
  • Proficient in desktop application and internet
  • Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge
  • Candidates must complete our training course
