Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire Sales cycle from leads management to closing deals.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services using scripts and existing product details.
- Understand customer needs and close sales based on requirements.
- Cross selling of products to prospective customers based on available inventory.
- Draft and deliver product information via bulk Email to un-answered call leads
Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales and calling reports. - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve sales and inventory turnover.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information for customer profiling
Requirements:
- High school/ Under-graduation.
- Persuasive and strong communication skills to close deals.
- Tactful, intelligent and improvising skills to handle clients objections/questions/queries in any way.
- Maintain a high level of daily calls and daily closures.
- Aggressive follow-up skills to ensure deadlines are met.
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve best possible outcomes out of all sales interactions.
- Competitive attitude with hunger to always be on top.
Results oriented with problem solving skills to resolve challenges through creative and flexible options in line with the company’s overall target.
