Responsibilities: 

  • Drive the entire Sales cycle from leads management to closing deals.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services using scripts and existing product details.
  • Understand customer needs and close sales based on requirements.
  • Cross selling of products to prospective customers based on available inventory.
  • Draft and deliver product information via bulk Email to un-answered call leads
    Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales and calling reports.
  • Provide feedback to management on ways to improve sales and inventory turnover.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information for customer profiling

Requirements: 

  • High school/ Under-graduation.
  • Persuasive and strong communication skills to close deals.
  • Tactful, intelligent and improvising skills to handle clients objections/questions/queries in any way.
  • Maintain a high level of daily calls and daily closures.
  • Aggressive follow-up skills to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve best possible outcomes out of all sales interactions.
  • Competitive attitude with hunger to always be on top.
