We are currently recruiting for Business Development Associates for our rapidly growing Finance client based in Morocco.

  • Sales activity to engage with existing introducers in line with product
  • Strategic activity to increase broker conversion through knowledge sharing & training
  • Make contact with existing introducers in our database to build relationships
  • Proactively source & originate property loans in line with policy & appetite
  • Asses deals in line with credit policy & supply required information to underwriting
  • Asses the broader client propensity for additional or future borrowing requirements
  • Log all sales activity in line with company policy, including updating the company CRM
  • Support BDM’s where requested
  • Support decisions on loan values, rates, broader loan terms and loan exits
  • Achieve minimum annual lending target
  • Achieve year on year lending growth with a spirit of continuous improvement
  • Delivery of requested MI to line management once requested
  • Regular attendance at key meetings as requested by management
  • Activity to ensure exceptional customer service at all times



  • Previous sales experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Bridging Finance experience (desirable not essential)
